Why does the belt grinder machine vibrate so much and move around after starting it?

The main reason is that the balance of the rotating wheel is not good. The rotating wheel includes a rubber wheel, a guide wheel, and a motor pulley. The machine will vibrate if one of the three rotating wheels has poor precision and poor balance. Another reason is that the clearance between the parts of the supporting wheel is too large, causing relative movement between the parts and vibration. Another reason is that the motor is not fixed well, which will also cause vibration.
Our belt grinder’s rotating wheel is made of pure aluminum, with good precision and balance. The assembly parts are manufactured according to standards, fit together without gaps, and the machine vibrates little.

Why does the belt grinder machine make a lot of noise when it starts running?

The noise caused by the operation of the equipment is mainly due to the lack of rigidity of the base and supporting parts, the large gap between the matching parts (some manufacturers have outdated processing equipment, weak quality management awareness, poor quality of manufactured parts, and almost no matching tolerance requirements), the use of low-quality bearings, and the sanding belt speed is too fast.
Our base support parts have good rigidity, engineers strictly match tolerances, and the bearings and sanding belts are all high-quality accessories. The noise is small during operation and the rotation speed is stable and uniform.
