• Bu 508 RYW automatic deburring machine is designed for removing slag from laser-cut workpieces and rounding sheet metal edges.
• The wide abrasive belt removes heavy slag, while the rotary brushes provide 360° finishing to thoroughly remove burrs from edges, corners, and inner holes.
• Driven by multiple motors for rotation, oscillation, lifting, and abrasive belt operation, ensuring stable and efficient performance.
• The soft damping conveyor belt with vacuum adsorption prevents workpieces from shifting or slipping during processing.
• The dust collection system reduces machine wear, extends service life, and improves the working environment.
