  • Find out more about our compact deburring machine for small sheet metal parts in our video. Highly flexible and easy to operate, the ADV® RY enables cost-effective single-sided deburring, edge rounding and surface finishing for sheet metal parts in just a single pass.
  • In the first station(Grinding Belt R station) of the finishing machine, burrs and imperfections are removed with a grinding belt, resulting in a flat, burr-free surface.
  • After grinding, four oscillating disc brushes(Y station) follow that exert light pressure on the product, ensuring a rounding on both inner and outer contours.
